I am doing ok on this diet but I have to be more careful with all food choices as if not the weight comes on far too fast. Hopefully I will be under 210 by the end of this week and I cannot wait until I am under 200 pounds. Alot of stress in my life right now so must be careful.
212.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 62.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
