Got home from the office late as I got caught up in who knows what and I did not take my walk but will make up for all of this today. Have dropped a little so that is good and I will e mail other people and give them encouragement. Not a sprint but a marathon. Speaking of that why am I not running??
211.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
