Re-Start anew, am going to track everything that enters my mouth to eat. I am going to go into Ketosis and loose this weight! But only with God's help can I stay on track.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
