I think I need more grams of fat, I am supposed to have 105gms a day. I will save those for a treat of salami tonight if I haven't reached my need for it. The hardest part is the .5gms of sugar and the 20gms of Carbohydrates. Those things seem to appear in foods that I would never guess, a greek salad with ex vg olive oil and vinaigrette has 2 gms of carbs per cup. There is absolutely no way I will ever get my sugar intake down to 1/2 a gram of sugar.
