I have found that being busy is keeping my weight down. Not if I could add the food restrictions with it, I think I would loose. So, here goes I am really going to try to stop eating McDonalds, Hardees and burger king. No more Marco's pizza. But my one big weakness is butter covered pop corn.
I haven't had to use Insulin in about 5 days. Used to take a shot for over 150 but had too many low blood sugars, and you must eat too much sugar to combat the coma I feel I am slipping into. Haven't been above 200 for a week.
I do see that the little stroke I had in August is still effecting my right side. But my face is smaller.

sick sick sick, I was back up to 228 and lost 10 pounds in 2 days. Who else can say they lost 10 pounds over Thanksgiving Holiday? Got a hair cut today.
