5 Pounds Lost!!!!!!!!! Never in my life have I lost 5 pounds in one week - not even when i attended WW classes or any of the other many diets I have been on over the many years. Motivation Plus!!!! Food journal, water and walking every day this week.I will reach my goal!!!!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
