Down 50 lbs in six months and eleven days!!! The only down side is im definitely realizing my "long term goal" of 180... is not as slim as I thought it was when I weighed 246 lol. But I'm not gonna update my goal til I hit 180, THEN I'll reassess how much more I wanna lose or what my goals are from there :)
196.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
