Day 424
Weight 182.4 (down .6 lbs)

Not bad considering I ate two pieces of Hershey's Dark Chocolate (the little ones) and a piece of some type of lime cream pie at our staff meeting yesterday!

I'm busier than a one-armed paper-hanger!! Which is probably good ... because it keeps me humble. I was behind anyway and then with taking a few days off here and there, mostly due to illness, and the shortened work week because of the furlough hours I seem to be falling further and further behind rather than catching up. I'm not the only one in this boat ... my ship is full of very good mates!!!

Well, I must hustle!! Busy day ahead, must shower and get ready to face the music. Things I am grateful for today ...

1. Amyrk has returned to fatsecret!!! Welcome back Amy ... we all missed you terribly!!
2. .... hearing .... 'you are everything I ever wanted in woman'
3. feeling more like 'me' ...
4. less than 30 days to a week full of rest and relaxation
5. people and things that make me laugh!!

Have a great day!!!

Hey we are exactly the same weight again! Sometimes I have to wonder about how exactly businesses expect employees to keep up when they require them to take so much time off? How do they expect you to do the same work in less time than you did it before? It makes no sense...Glad you are feeling more like "you" again. The count down to Mexico is getting ME excited and I am not even going! LOL

Most work environments suffer in one form or another with a lack of personnel to complete the tasks required....These days, for me, multi-tasking has taken on a life of it's own....I've been here for many, many years and continue to hope that one day, I'll be caught up.....perhaps NOT in this lifetime tho!! Half a dozen real priority issues today....unfortunately, not enough time to get it all done....means I'll be going through *the pile* once again.....Ad deadlines first.....!! Great job Moose on those scales....here's to hopin' you get caught up before vaca.....Have a really good day.....hugggs

Hi Moose! so you are supposed to do the same work, but with less hours worked. Is it just me or it doesn't make sense at all?? Oh, I see Dawn had the same reaction, it's not just me lol! I have .9 kg to lose to be at my goal weight, and you have 1.1 kg. We are on the same boat buddy! Have a great day!

I am with Dawn--I am so excited for your trip to Mexico, I almost feel like it's my vacation! Have a great day. :)

If I could pack all of you up in a suitcase and smuggle you into Mexico I would!! LOL!!!

Uh ... well regarding work who knows what their expectations are ... the work load hasn't changed and it won't so I imagine we'll just be behind more. Clients still need to be seen. We aren't permitted to turn anyone away who is eligible. Maybe fewer visits but still must sign them up. I just need to remember that I will continue to be 'behind' and there isn't a darn thing I can do about it ... learn how to tread water gracefully I guess!! Of course it does not make sense!!

I wanna go to Mexico too! Save some room in that suitcase for me...LOL :) Kudos to you for keeping it to just a couple little pieces of chocolate and a piece of pie. We have to be able to eat sweets in moderation. Can't go your whole life avoiding sweets completely! As long as you don't eat a case of chocolate bars and 10 pies, you'll be fine! hehehe Good job! :)

Hi Moose--I'm at work right now and I have been swamped too. We are much the same as you all clients must be seen..if someone is out sick someone else must see them. They must all get what they came for so expectations are up. Makes for a busy and quick day and piles on my desk. lol Hope you had a good one!

I'm so honored to have made your list! :) Thank you! I hope your day was not too hectic. I love #2 on your list. How wonderful to be so honored and loved. :)

I spent all day out on home visits seeing clients so instead of 'catching up' I actually created more paperwork for myself!! LOL!!! I don't imagine I'll be caught up anytime soon ... I'll just have to learn to body surf the waves!!! I am feeling more like myself ... taking it a moment at a time. Now ... believe it or not ... something is wrong with my car!! The 4WD light is flashing and the ABS light is on ... one thing after another ... don't know why it can't space itself out better!! LOL!!! Cars. Can't live with them, can't live without them (well at least where I live).

So your ideal weight is 180 and maybe if you wanted a 5 pound cushion you would reset it to 175? Or the ideal is 185 and the cushion is already built in to the present weight?
