Well, I skipped a few days on here and it seems like a few more days slipped by until it seemed impossible to catch up.

I am frustrated because, other than a pig-fest on Sunday, I haven't been eating that poorly. Am going shopping at lunch time to re-stock low carb items. Will follow strict induction for 3 days starting Monday (weekend already has too many plans).

Hope everybody's weather is as nice as ours.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Buffy, lots of leprechauns making mischief with our weight loss plans these days. By the time Monday rolls around, however, they'll be gone. Glad to see you back on here - you've been missed!!!

Buffy,have missed you on here, even thought I haven't recorded much lately either. In the "going home" mode now will start loading the RV next week, plan on leaving AZ on Monday 3/26/12 for Ks.

Whew...so glad you are back, really, really missed you! Ah well, what goes up, must come down. I have been stepping on the scale more frequently, (but not recording), just to keep in mind how much it fluctuates from day to day...simply amazing what water & who really knows what else can do to a girl! Gee, it's like I need to have a really good sense of humor to tolerate what that dratted magic box called a scale says! Hang in there best you can!!!

I'm sorta in the same boat. Not being here as often I would like and then when I do I feel like I've missed a ton of things. We all get busy and do the best we can.

I was wondering where you went off to! I find if I don't log every day and get everything 100% caught up by the next day I get too far behind and leave too many holes. Luckily with the computer at home, computer at work, and cell phone everywhere else I don't have many excuses to miss anything!
