Started a structured diet again. Also got a 30mg phentermine diet pill from my doctor to help get into a good routine. Also taking 2 tsp of ORS no glucose and 1 tsp Mg Citrate and 1 tsp Dicalcium Phosphate daily spread out over the day with 2 liters of water, 500 ml for each tsp taken. My Wife's kidney is not doing well so I will be on low protein diet with her and count calories.
282.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 132.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
