157.6 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job!! We have been Fatsecret buddies since the first time I was on here in 2010 and we both have lost a bunch, gained it back and starting out losing it again. I've actually pulled off losing a bunch quickly this last time and its not from divorce or any other stress event. It's eating less and better and working out and I feel great. Keep up the great work. It's all worth it and as each day passes the motivation increases and its so awesome to wear clothes that fit and I like again. Jim
