Going thru the bid "D" after 12 years. Not something I did wrong or wanted. Ended up losing 30lbs from the stress at first. One month into it I decided to turn this into something good. I eat right now and exercise at least one hour a day at the gym. I can not only see my body changing but I feel great. Don't get me wrong. I'm not trying to become a body builder or become so obsessed with myself. Health and fitness will now be a part of my life. Its nice to also be proud of how you look.

Too Much On Your Plate ?
Self hypnosis really helps. There are alot of books out there that really can.
Basically this is how I do it for my health and fitness. Everymoring I wake up I turn on the shower. When I get into the shower I look at the shower head as the water is coming out and say out loud. Working out and staying in shape is a daily part of my life. You have to be really committed to doing this for at least twenty days straight. After that you can stop saying it out loud. Going forward when you wake up each morning everyone always looks at the shower head. One to make sure waters coming out and trying to see if the temperature is right. You mind is incredidble how it works. You have now trained your brain subconsciencely to have the same statement play in your head when you look at the shower head.
Think of other routine tasks that happen without fail everyday. Insert the hypnotic suggestion you want and say it out loud for at least twenty days. After twenty is now a subconscience suggestion. Now you know how to practice self hypnosis and its so easy!!!

When people don't notice your weight loss
Sometimes people don't know what to say when it comes to your physical appearance with weight loss. Sure its easier when you lose weight, but still hard to say it correctly. I guess the assumption is that they thought you were overweight to begin with true or not.

weird things you see people do at the gym
Not anyone weird, but the food channel on the flat screen in the gym with deep fried foods on the show and the Albertsons grocery store making fried chicken and the smell of it. Kinda hard to concentrate on exercising and gross to smell it.
