Going thru the bid "D" after 12 years. Not something I did wrong or wanted. Ended up losing 30lbs from the stress at first. One month into it I decided to turn this into something good. I eat right now and exercise at least one hour a day at the gym. I can not only see my body changing but I feel great. Don't get me wrong. I'm not trying to become a body builder or become so obsessed with myself. Health and fitness will now be a part of my life. Its nice to also be proud of how you look.
