The plan seems to be working and paying off in ways that I'm liking very much. I follow the ketogenic diet and record my macros religiously, exercise with weights every two days when I can, take my supplements and, more than ever, keep things positive for myself and those around me. I haven't seen so many changes in myself since I was a teenager and that was the sixties.
