I started to lose control over my eating habits .. not logging everything I eat .. gaining weight .. terrible situation
247.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

@Johnmwoya This what I keep telling myself, start over, be positive .. maybe I was tricked by the fast loss in first month and when it slowed down I gave up a bit. I know it's a long way to ride but I have to remember this all the time.

@Phil Yes, it's preventable but need some encouraging which, in my case, is a little progress in losing some weight at least. I'm considering pay a visit to Nutrition Doctor, maybe this will help!

That it's preventable should be encouraging. In other words, you're not a victim and you have the strength and will to stick to your discipline. Consider every meal a choice and choose to win!

shendy I have lost 18kg in 3 months. believe me it only gets easier. take a diet stick with it when you plateau don't worry about. continue. I plateaued at 115kg for 2 weeks but am again loosing. then also 0.3 kg can be water or food you ate. record your weight at 1kg change like I do. this battle is won in the mind............... WHEN AM CYCLING AND AM TIRED I SEE A HILL IF I LOOK AT IT I GET MORE TIRED AND NEED TO WALK IF I LOOK DOWNWARDS FOWORD IN AMINUTE I HAVE FINISHED IT AM ALWAYS AMAZED IN MY EXERSIZING..... SO WHEN I SEE A HILL I LOOK DOWN FOWORD......... JEDI MIND TRICK. hope you get it, it works all the time!!
