Here we go! That short stall has stopped. AMEN!

Yesterday, I went to eat with some friends to celebrate a birthday and was able to stick to my plan. There were desserts and I did sample one small bite of Key Lime Pie. It was delicious. I was happy and satisfied.

When you hit a stall, do you feel like you are doing everything wrong and start second guessing yourself? I shouldn't be like this because I know without doubt what I've eaten but still, this weight loss game somehow plays tricks on my mind.

I'll be interested in hearing other people's take on this!

I had the same problem last week, but have bounced back in the last 2 days to having lost a pound. It's funny how our bodies react to different situations. Congrats on the pound.

Sometimes you will stall as your body takes some time to get rid of some cellular debris and trash left over from buring some fat. after a day or two you should pee it all out. :-)

I try to look at it as a time to reflect and see if there are more ways that I can change.
