Thanks, Rhontique. I'd like to think that I'm adding muscle mass from weight training lately too, but that might just be wishful thinking. I'm working on shedding a pound a week and have been stalling a bit the last couple of weeks. This last weigh-in is a great incentive to me to concentrate on what I'm trying to achieve here.
