The message that popped up for me today during my morning meditation was, "Eating is a function, not a hobby." I'm taking that one and running with it. Reading Penn Jillette's new book; "Presto! How I made 100 lbs disappear and other tales of magic" has been especially inspiring to me on my latest diet tweaks: simplify, simplify, simplify. I can't wait to get started, and lose more weight! Wishing you all the best out there in Fat Secret Land.

And in that line of though 'the fridge is not a entertainment unit'
I also like the thought of using right cures for the right ailments. Don't cure boredom with food, food is for hunger. Food should not be used for anything else except hunger. Not sadness, boredom, anxiety or stimulation! And only good food cures hunger. If we stick to this rule, we'll stay out of trouble, I'm sure! :)
