156.2 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1431 kcal Fat: 80.45g | Prot: 102.17g | Carb: 90.01g.   Breakfast: whole wheat and flax pita, Blueberries, apple, half and half, cottage cheese, coffee. Lunch: sandwich pepperoni, whole wheat and flax pita, cheddar cheese, kens buttermilk ranch dressing, liptons diet green tea, hannaford turkey breast, fresh express leaf green romaine. Dinner: Barbecue Sauce, chicken drumstick,  squash, green beans with almonds, cauliflower, cream cheese, butter. Snacks/Other: blueberries, Carb Smart Vanilla Ice Cream, atkins day break peanut butter fudge crisp bar, half and half, tea. more...
