Thank you guys :) I am happy to still be able to get back to losing after a full month of being totally off. I don't really care how slow the weight comes off as long as it's comes off :) Someday I will have lost the 80 pounds to reach my ultimate goal and it will be great!

Buffy- I think without the mini-goals I would just get depressed looking at how far I have to go and probably think it isn't worth the effort. Things like "I'll never make it" would most likely repeat in my head. But with the mini-goals it seems like hmmm 10 pounds isn't so bad, it's totally doable...and then the next ten and the next ten. Hopefully, before I know it I will be down to 130 and be able to yell "WOOHOO I did it!"
