I weighed in at 153 lbs this morning! That's the lowest I've been in quite some time. I'm happy to see that my efforts are paying off. I stick to mostly gluten and sugar free foods, and have recently upped my exercise. I've been doing yoga and Pilates for the last couple of weeks, and even in that short amount of time I can tell a HUGE difference! I'm not necessarily losing the weight in the places I'd prefer, but losing fat anywhere is a good thing! I can finally feel my back getting leaner and the top portion of my stomach is more toned.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
