Im back. Again. Fell off the wagon. But Im climbing back on.

Im not happy with the way I look in the mirror anymore. Even with clothes on. :/

Everything is getting tight again.

My belt doesn't fit anymore.

All of my clothes are not looking very flattering.

Heres to cutting out the carbs again.

With an occasional bag of cheese popcorn. Maybe. But not every night.

And no more soda. Diet or otherwise. Its too easy to swap out the diet for the not diet. Water. Coffee. Tea. Water. Coffee. Tea.

It all sounds so easy. And looks so easy on paper. But dammit. I have an extremely hard time curbing the temptation. But I don't have a choice anymore. I have to get it together.

You know what, it's like knitting. Looks really easy. Two kinds of stitches, that's all. Easy Peezy! Except when you actually go to knit a sweater, you have to work at it, day in and day out - millions of stitches go into a sweater! Just like loosing weight. On paper doesn't show that losing weight is a part-time job. Hang in there! I am right with you. Started 4 years ago at 155, gained almost 30 pounds, and now I am right back at it.

Abbadabba, that anology was spot on! Id just like to add for some of us, we don't catch on to knitting right away and it takes a few times undoing wing stitches to get in a groove.

And guess what? When one sweater is finished, it's time to knit another one!

well, i'm a die hard crocheter who tried my hand at knitting once. Nope! but i admire those who can. A friend of mine told me something about Nifty knitting. You use a machine or a loom to create your stitches. Yes, it's cheating, but i loved her results. think i'll give it a try.
