Good Morning Dear Diary,
What a nice surprise to weight in this Morning and find myself
weighing in at 178.4 lbs. I've calculated my weight and being
real about it, if I can lose 5.0 lbs a month, by May 2017 I could
easily be weighing 140.0 lbs which is my targeted goal.

I've started to exercise a little more and I'm doing weight
training 3 days a week now.
My low carb eating is going very well. Isn't it amazing the things
you learn about ones body while trying to lose those excess pounds
and tone up!!!
Time to get my day started after 1 more Mocha. Until next week as always
