Next stop wONEderland! We went to a dinner & play last night. I fully enjoyed the meal (filet mignon, bacon wrapped)a glass of wine and 3 bites of hubby's cheesecake and woke up to an almost 1 lb. loss. NICE :-)

I also had a chiropractic adjustment with a new chiropractor and she was able to fix several issues my last chiropractor didn't. A rib that was out, my sacro-iliac joint that had been out for several years and my neck has more motion than I've had in a long time. Yippee!

200.3 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
