You know about the Shakra’s?

Where ever our consciousness is in our body, this is where the energy flows.

We are not usually aware of where our consciousness is, when we are conscious. :)

Awareness

We can consciously put our awareness, our attention, on anything or anywhere.

Often we put it on the past, or we put it on the future.
[I need to...
I wish I had...
If only I...
What if...]
We have no power in past or future.

However, we do have Immense power.

We can choose how we perceive the world.

We can choose to:
see sexual [Second Shakra]

We can choose to:
perceive power over others, both ways (Third Shakra]

We can choose to:
Feel feelings: our own, others [Fourth Shakra]

We can choose to:
Hear & Speak Truth [Fifth Shakra]

We can choose to:
See Everything Clearly (Sixth Shakra]

We can choose to:
Tap into the Universal Mind/Consciousness. [Seventh Shakra]

I suggest we try it:

By merely putting our awareness on any of the 7 Shakra’s:

Base of Spine is Source, flows up, then out the Shakra of choice.

2. Groin. 3. Solar plexus, 4 Heart, 5 Throat, 6 Forehead, 7 Crown.

It does take Practice.

Merely empty our mind.

and Practice. Every day.
or every Hour.
or every Minute.
