I have entered the 250's. 10 lbs at a time.
259.8 lb Lost so far: 80.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great Job!! I think 10lbs at a time is the best way to go. When we look at the overall weight loss we need to lose, it's kind of depressing. This has been my saying since June, and I've lost 32 lbs. Keep up the great work
