Weights have been a bit higher. Normally weigh at end of the 16 fast. Not a problem. This evening carb load begins to accomodate the trip coming up so I can get the lifting in.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
