I am in the same boat. I have been working out 5-days a week cardio and lifting and watching what I eat and when I eat and I have hovered around 200 for almost a month. BUT, I went in to the nurse on site today and when she took my vitals and measurements my BP is down, my resting heartrate is in the "excellent" range now, my pants fit better and my shirts don't pop open when i sit down. I'm taking that as a sign that i'm doing something right. Weight isnt the only number to watch. I wish you luck!
