Fledgist's Journal, 13 December 2011

Down a lot today, losing a lot of the fluid that was pumped into me. I'm also not eating all that much, and I have a lot to recover from.
180.4 lb Lost so far: 156.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The weight is dropping fat, which is good, but hope you are feeling better and stronger. I know its water weight and needs to come off but concerned for you. Get better will ya, we're all worried for you.
