Greeting the morning with my coffee. My normal measuring spoon (TBSP) was in the dishwasher so used the 1/2 Tbsp and was going to do 2. Put one in and stirred, it looks the same. It tastes much more "coffee" than normal but I'll drink this one and see how it settles. If I can get used to it, I've saved half the carbs for my coffees. If not, eh. It's 3 carbs a day (for 3 coffees, not each).

It's amazing how adapted we get to "where we are". A month ago I would have jumped up and down at being just over 180. Today I'm still wishing it was less. It's perspective. Yesterday I weighed much later so I'm not surprised it's still up. The later I weigh the less I weigh typically. I drank a LOT yesterday but some of the swelling still hanging in. Should be gone tomorrow. Food was good. Got some help with the work reports yesterday (2.5 hours on the phone) and spent the rest of the day/evening doing work. I did get outside for a quick trip around the neighborhood but ended up working til 10 and then went to bed. I got the mandatory one due this am done and 2 others due today are mostly done. One more after that. Ah...growing...how I love thee...

Today another busy day. I'll have to break away this afternoon at some point since I didn't do my groceries yesterday. I'm good for another day or so but options are running low for some things.
