Ok body, you can release more anytime now...

Coffee 1 is in, number 2 is on deck...good morning! Looking at my planner, I've gotten a lot done in the last two days but I still have so much that needs to get done. I'm catching myself putting in extra hours to catch up and of course new things get added. I'm not making time to walk and I need to. It's too easy to get hooked up to the electronics for the day and not do anything else (yes, son, I know that's what I chide you for!). I'll try to keep that in mind today and at least get a small walk in. I know I waste at least 10 minutes on "stuff" so I can take 10 minutes to go walk.

Food yesterday was really good. Chicken stirfry (no rice) for lunch and hamburger, cheese and grilled yellow squash for dinner. Still waiting for the system to catch up. Seeing a loss every day is much more fun...

182.2 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
