Saturday will be my first weigh in. I am being very good. No bread, no Pasta, no sugar, or salt. My calculated daily calorie allotment is 2600, but haven't even come close. Averaging about 1500 cal per day. I was once told that in order for these programs to work you should eat your required calories. When I check the scale on Saturday morning can I expect to see a 1-3 pound drop or should I be prepared for 0 loss. Any advise would be much appreciated. Eph

You will see a loss. Be careful by making sure you are getting enough nourishment. A man naturally needs more calories. I stay between 1800 and my allotment of 2300. The best of luck to you.

You will probably see a loss, but it will most likely be water weight, so don't be shocked if it goes right back up. Limiting the carbs is good, but don't exclude salt entirely. Your body needs it. Look into Ketogenic diets. It might suit you. High fat makes fat melt off.

Yeah but it heavily depends on how much work you do and other factors. Try not to get below the 1.5K and try listening to different opinions. Cheers! :)
