1403 kcal Fat: 81.29g | Prot: 106.20g | Carb: 72.06g.   Breakfast: Jones naturally hickory smoked canadian bacon, maple grove farms low carb pancakes, Blueberries, oil, half and half, sugar free maple syrup, coffee, eggs. Lunch: whole wheat and flax pita, liptons diet green tea, cheddar cheese, pastrami. Dinner: green beans with almonds, italian sausage johnsonville. Snacks/Other: almonds low salt blue diamond, ritz cracker, cabot cottage cheese, atkins day break peanut butter fudge crisp bar. more...
