Weekends are difficult. Regained a kilo. If you follow the intake and the weight it matches exactly. Take too many calories and gain. What is new? It is the little snacks that put me over the top.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weekends can be a real problem. As Jimmiepop says, you know what to do, and try to do better next weekend.
