Last night after eating nearly everything in sight and not drinking enough water, I took the time to create this week's menu.
Today is a better day. Despite the fact I abhor my weight and know it's never going to come off just because I abhor it.
Today, I'm living the 21 day fix. I've got one workout under my belt, and will get some cardio in this afternoon after taking the dog for a light walk (getting too warm to do extended during the day).
Working on my 2nd bottled water - 48 fl oz -- got 33.8 already down and gave myself a little grace and actually drinking black tea (I need the kick to get a move on) with a tsp of whole milk and a tsp of honey to flavor it -- out of a 16 fl oz size.
Now we are on to our first snack of the day -- I made flourless brownies this morning, which is included in my snack and baby carrots.
