So it's nearly official -- going to Ireland in 3 months, so....need to get in physical shape and get my stamina going. Still doing the #21dayfix -- haven't gotten in the workouts, just working on the food portions now. Was doing awesome working out in the morning, and now I just struggle to get up in the morning and by the time it's the end of the work day, I am just exhausted.
Successes: - Meal Planning via Carrie Elle's Meal planning - Journaling via Carrie Elle's 21 day fix planner - Measuring - Weekly weigh-ins - Started 3/22/2016 and just completed my first journal. Started over 5/25/2016. Revised Goal is to eat within my colors, as they are holding myself fair.
I created a new challenge -- couldn't upload my own photo. :( Kept giving me an error message. But if you want to join me, this is getting me in better physical shape for walking tours in Ireland.
Will be happy to share my meals with anyone -- as I'm not posting them on this website -- but can share via journal entry if anyone is interested. Can also share the information on Carrie Elle's wonderful books! Just ask!
Oh yeah, lost 5.4lbs from 3/22 - 5/24. Lost inches too - so I'm pretty giddy about it!
