Shorter entry today....no exercise-specific walking because my legs are sore. The Stairmaster routine from yesterday must have really done a number on them! I'll see how tomorrow shapes up and will possibly just swap my days off and do something tomorrow.

Headed out to the mall today. What WAS I thinking? The mall...on a SATURDAY! But, today is a Hallmark Open House and there were some things I wanted to buy, so off I went.

I also happily scored some Land O' Lakes SUGAR FREE whipped cream (in a can) at Publix, so I'm quite happy. I will use it judiciously on my Jello Mousse desserts. Some of you may remember that I had a problem with whipped cream portion control earlier this year, but I feel confident I'm going to be OK with it now. For one thing, it seems the only store that carries this product now is WAY across town and into another city! Not easy to over-indulge if it takes 45 minutes to drive there!

Sandy, it is worth savoring each bite of your whipped cream so I am sure you will be very careful with it and enjoy.....

Sandy, I have the same problem with the whipped cream. I keep trying and failing at portion control when it comes to that stuff, so, once again, just for now, I am not buying any...had a bit of a problem with it after dad died, when I wasn't journaling my food! Have a great day and enjoy the whipped cream!

I Hope you found what you wanted at the Hallmark store, it must be pretty nice to get you there on a Saturday, with sore legs too! Whipped cream is soooo yummy!

Sandy, I just love whipped cream. Reddi Whip doesn't make the type made with splenda any more, very sad :(

Thank you Yvonne, Stef, Dar, Buffy, and Notfast. Message definitely received from all of you: Yummy, but be careful with the whipped cream!!! Don't I know it!! Stef, I also stopped buying it for months - mostly because the few places that carried it stopped stocking it - AND because it was such a problem for me. Once I found out how to measure the stuff and realized how much I was truly eating in carbs and calories, well, I had to stop. I did try the Land O' Lakes light product this summer but even with low carbs, it still had added sugar and I feel it slowed me down. I've looked at some alternatives recently, but they all have added sugar, so I've passed on them. I just really wanted that creamy taste to go with the Mousse desserts I'm trying to eat up after I bought a bunch on sale at a great price.
