I'm down a total of 20 lbs in 3 weeks of being back to my low carb way of eating. Hoo yaaa! And thank you Lord! :-)
335.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
