Coo - another drop.

Probably one of those tantalising transitionary re-shuffles. It will no doubt bounce back up before eventually settling down. I am getting used to the pattern.

Nice anyway....

I am enjoying the lack of rain and there is a spring in my step, running where I can instead of my usual brisk walk, and dancing hard while the kettle boils and while I wash up..... no idea if that contributes to weight loss, but it makes me feel good. I feel good when I dance and move and I have discovered that I actually like to run on the spot with high knee lifts!! I know, sad. Hey, but that way I can stop as soon as I want to and I don't need to worry about getting back home ;)

Good solid loss. Been raining here but it is brightening up. May still get out on my bike.

Hi Penlan Glad I'm not the only one who's a little bit miffed, once I start tidying up (mainly when the sun shines)the radio goes on to smooth or gold as it's nearer to my music taste, being an ex Aerobic Instructor it brings back good memories and once a song comes on I used in my routines, I just start dancing and moving around, I must look like a demented chicken on speed......Not a good look.....But it makes me Happy and why not!..... Nice loss. I still struggle with enjoying any kind of exercise. Walking the beach was good, but that is over for another year. Glad you have found kinds that you like.

Dancing is just so good and moving is so much easier too, now I am not dragging a 15 kilo sack of dog food around with me.... I feel fluid and flexible so moving feels great. JockoT - I hope you got out on your bike, I will be cycling again soon, Rode the little fella's bike a bit today but it was way too small. I was dreaming of riding yesterday so it will come soon. Trouble is, from us it's a hill in all directions... Maggy May - demented chicken on speed - luvvit. Who cares, shake your tail feathers girl! Rhontique - I reckon you will get to join the movers and shakers as you slim down further. It could just creep up on you..... If you have a psychological barrier to 'exercise' dancing on the spot, even just s jiggle and a wiggle to the radio might just get you into the groove.
