It is 50 paces from my house to my workshop, 30 of my running steps.

I am backwards and forwards many times in a day, and these days always at a run, unless I am carrying something heavy/bulky, when it is a brisk walk. Running even 30 paces at a time has to have some benefit, more so when it's run a dozen or more times a day.... feels good too.

Great stuff. I have 48 steps up to my flat and I have started running them every time. Usually about 3 times a day, sometimes more.

Ah, that's amazing! I only have a standard single flight of stairs but I am up and down countless times a day, pretty much always at a run. Who needs the gym? ;)
