Truthfully, not bad for 3 weeks with my dad/vacation when compared historically. Typically gain 5, kept it around 4 this time up/down. Was able to get some more movement in while he was here, had a great time. Went ziplining and had a blast. He went UPSIDE DOWN on one of them when they had us do some animated stuff. Yes. The man is 77 but you'd never know it.
Refocusing today on food and struggling to get my mind back in gear and on work. I let too much slide and now it's oh crap catch up time. While dad was here I signed up for Planet Fitness black card and went a few times with him while he was here. Planning to fit that in some, especially since it's getting hotter (95 yesterday).
I'm still tired...my brain, my body. Ever feel like sometimes you resist against change/transition/evolution/whatever even unintentionally that it waits you out until you get tired and give in? ;) Still playing with figuring "the lesson" out...
