The scale is a poor representation of what is really going on in your body! Please don't just weigh - TAKE MEASUREMENTS!

water loss
The problem with eating that way is that you're not just losing weight and water; you are also losing muscle (which burns fat). That's not good. Then when you go off the diet and gain weight back - you don't gain muscle back; you gain fat back.
