This is a milestone for me officially down 25 pounds since 9/5/15 when I had my son yesterday we didn't work out we had oatmeal for breakfast leftovers of lentil soup and zucchini and she love us for lunch at humongous bag of no guilt Trader Joe's popcorn and Britney's enchiladas with cauliflower rice Mexican style and a quarter cup of beans for dinner and dessert of PB two and berries I am so very happy to be in 125 now first goal attained!

125.6 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 125.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
