trying really hard to follow this diet called Shred. I do really well until the sun goes down then the fight is on. lol. but I tell you that the scale surprised me today! ! Week 3 day 3... It's on! !
272.2 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
