I was glad to see that I didn't gain from yesterday. I have had some relationship issues which I think are at the root of my being hungry all the time. I went almost 10 over my carb limit yesterday, but it was grapes of all things...LOL. I didn't eat anything "bad" per se. I did almost knock myself out of ketosis so I will be extra diligent today to get back where I need to be. I really wish the scale would start moving again though. It is way too soon to be at a plateau.

It is so frustrating when the idiot box won't moved even tho we have stayed with our WOE. Don't let it affect your motivation! Keep on doing what you know is good and your body will get the message.
