I was glad to see that I didn't gain from yesterday. I have had some relationship issues which I think are at the root of my being hungry all the time. I went almost 10 over my carb limit yesterday, but it was grapes of all things...LOL. I didn't eat anything "bad" per se. I did almost knock myself out of ketosis so I will be extra diligent today to get back where I need to be. I really wish the scale would start moving again though. It is way too soon to be at a plateau.
