I got a reading of 179.6 earlier but then kept getting the 180.6 so I'm going with that to allow for another visual drop hopefully tomorrow lol. Yes, it's a mind game but it allows me to have fun and not get too frustrated while I'm waiting to get to goal.
Yesterday I got in almost 13,000 steps (highest so far). Walked 40 mins for my lunch but had a really crappy day and walked it off in the evening. Hopefully today will be better but I'll still go walking. At the moment, I'm actually ahead of my brother for the week, which is weird lol.
Trying to refocus on work and school today when I'd really rather be out walking (who said that???).
