LOL,, spiritspell I think it has taken me a month to log a .9 loss lol,, its ok,, I am doing this the rest of my life . So I have lots of time . I try to be calm about it,, I do get anxious every once in awhile though. Keep Calm and Keto On !!

ok 2.5 pounds in a month,, that's slow , but its a loss for sure !! and I am not changing directions at this point,, down is the only way I m going .

I probably lost 30 pounds last year if you add up all the fraction of a pound increments. Log 'em. Celebrate.
