its that time of month...oh joy! gotta love the water weight gain...but in 10 days i will be celebrating a probable 3 lb wgt loss! LOL....just loving this rollercoaster!

Hope you feel better. I stopped diet drinks over 24 hours ago, slowly the past three days weaned myself off of them, and I am feeling better, no added sugar and no artificial sweeteners now and is it tough. I think for me diet Coke is tougher to quit than cigarettes. (I only smoked one month at age nineteen). You're doing well at your goal...
