Not a challenge day but I needed a little boost of happiness for my crappy day. This weight is after eating (since I was too busy all morning to remember before eating). I am much happier seeing the number down even such a tiny bit.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 September 2011:
1697 kcal Fat: 131.90g | Prot: 94.13g | Carb: 44.58g.   Breakfast: One Minute Flax Meal Muffin, Whipped Cream Cheese Spread. Lunch: Banana Pepper Rings, creamy ranch dressing, grape tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, broccoli, Cucumber (Peeled). Dinner: Butter, Sour Cream (Cultured), green beans, Chicken. Snacks/Other: propel zero, bouillon cube, Water, Water. more...

Good for you Missy. Just stay with it! The numbers can always fluctuate on the scale, don't let that discourage you! You are doing fine! Just keep going with it!

takes longevity for this journey. IF you are strong enough to be a mom to 2 kids under 5, surely the task of eating right isn't as difficult as raising two kids :)
