Been hard trying to stay positive when I am gaining ounces and slowly creeping back to 200. I have been having female issues that are NOT typical for my usual months so I assume that's the cause but I still don't want to get back up there...

Missy - So sorry you are going through a rough patch. Of course it could be hormones, water retention, etc. Just be patient and maybe it will take care of itself.

The doctor want to put me on an even stronger birth control pill. This is the 3rd month I have had issues with "break-through bleeding" as they called it :(

I sure hope so, I'm tired all the time now and so irritable. I feel bad for my kids more than myself...they have to deal with cranky mom :( I really want to pig out on a bunch of chocolate cookies or something! It is really hard to resist...

Are you getting all your water in? I know when I am not feeling well that is usually the first thing that gets forgotten. Hang in there.

Karen- I have taken my expectation of water from 4 bottles-96oz down to 3 which is still 72oz. If I can get more in great but if not then at least I still got in 3. After not expecting so much of myself I find getting 3 in much easier...

Missy, this is exactly the time you have been preparing for..you know the program, you have a plan, and you have successfully executed it in the past so don't let temptation tempt you into doing something for which you know you will be sorry...chocolate cookies are not on your plan. Sometimes life throws us a test to determine our character...you are strong and you are going to be successful. The female thing will work its way out...but your WOE is all up to you. I'm in your corner...

I think my hormones are just making me depressed, I'm sure I'll get over it sooner or later.

Riding out the emotional roller coaster that the monthly hormones induce is tricky. Just do your best, as you can, by working your plan. You are in charge, it may not feel like it when the hormones are winging their way through you, but you are. I feel for you, I know how hard it can be. Take good care of you!

I'm doing pretty good since I didn't eat what my friend made for dinner, rice chicken broccoli velveeta mix thing... I made a big salad instead.
