1964 kcal Fat: 37.66g | Prot: 110.55g | Carb: 308.86g.   Breakfast: martha white whole grain blueberry, Orange Juice, skim milk. Lunch: veggie straws, deli select oven roasted turkey, bagel thins, light great value strawberry yogurt. Dinner: refried beans great value, fat free sour cream, fat free cheddar cheese, reduced fat tostitos scoops, Shrimp, black olives great value, apple. Snacks/Other: skim milk, Cinnamon Roll Nutrition Bar, lender's whole wheat bagel, Cheese Heads 100% Natural Light String Cheese, lightly frosted shredded wheat. more...
