1964 kcal Fat: 37.66g | Prot: 110.55g | Carb: 308.86g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, martha white whole grain blueberry, skim milk. Lunch: light great value strawberry yogurt, bagel thins, deli select oven roasted turkey, veggie straws. Dinner: black olives great value, refried beans great value, reduced fat tostitos scoops, fat free cheddar cheese, fat free sour cream, apple, Shrimp. Snacks/Other: lender's whole wheat bagel, skim milk, Cinnamon Roll Nutrition Bar, lightly frosted shredded wheat, Cheese Heads 100% Natural Light String Cheese. more...
